Devarsh holds a PhD in Project and Construction Management from UBC Vancouver and specializes in BIM implementation, standards, and digital delivery strategies. He has supported public agencies and industry partners in advancing BIM adoption through policy, roadmaps, and collaborative workflows. Outside of work, he contributes to BIMbc, a non-profit driving digital transformation in BC’s construction industry, and enjoys graphic design as a creative outlet.
