Founded Resultaat with a passion for client outcomes. Sebastiaan contributes to the ISO Asset Management standards development. Outside of Resultaat, Sebastiaan is an avid hiker and peak bagger, rock climber and runner. Among other volunteer roles, he mentors grade 9-12 students run their own company with Junior Achievement.

Sherif holds a PhD in infrastructure and construction management and an MSc in climate change impact assessment. Passionate about sustainability and urban resilience, he has helped clients achieve asset management goals through stakeholder engagement and service delivery. Outside of work, he enjoys biking and hiking.

Devarsh Bhonde
Consultant - BIM & Digital Delivery
Devarsh holds a PhD in Project and Construction Management from UBC Vancouver and specializes in BIM implementation, standards, and digital delivery strategies. He has supported public agencies and industry partners in advancing BIM adoption through policy, roadmaps, and collaborative workflows. Outside of work, he contributes to BIMbc, a non-profit driving digital transformation in BC’s construction industry, and enjoys graphic design as a creative outlet.

Communications Lead
Corrine builds strong relationships through authentic connection and the power of storytelling. With most of her career in the non-profit sector, she is a natural organizer who approaches challenges with creativity and heart. Outside of work, she volunteers with community initiatives that support first responders and families in need.
